Where do I find my Order ID?
It is in your order confirmation email and on your receipt. If you have an account, you can also see it under My Account, Orders.
Which email should I enter?
Use the billing email you entered at checkout. A different email address will not match your order.
The tracker says my order is found, but where is my parcel?
The tracker shows your order status. For the courier's own tracking, send us your Order ID on WhatsApp using the box above.
It says my order could not be found.
Enter the Order ID as numbers only, without the # sign, and check the billing email. If it still does not work, contact us with your Order ID.
