Cash on delivery
A shipping charge applies to COD orders. To confirm your order and reduce cancellations, we ask for a 20% advance payment when you place it.
There is no separate COD fee. You pay the shipping charge (free for prepaid orders) and the 20% advance.

- Domestic orders ship through registered domestic couriers and/or speed post. International orders ship through registered international couriers and/or international speed post.
- We hand your parcel to the courier or postal authority within 6-8 days of your order and payment, or by the delivery date agreed when we confirmed your order. After that, delivery follows the courier or post office’s own norms.
- Bella Signora is not liable for delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities.
- Orders are delivered to the address you give at checkout.
- We confirm delivery by email to the address you used when you registered.

Is there a shipping charge?
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders within India. COD orders have a nominal shipping charge.
Why do you ask for a 20% advance on COD orders?
It helps us reduce cancellations and plan fulfilment and deliveries efficiently.
Is there an extra fee for COD?
No. You only pay the shipping charge and the 20% advance that confirms your order.
What if my delivery is late?
Unforeseen circumstances can occasionally cause delays. We will keep you updated on your order, and you can follow it with the tracking number we share. You can also check your order status.
