Replacement & Exchange Policy
PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM

- We have a NO RETURNS policy, but we accept exchanges if you get any defective product. We will provide a replacement for the same product.
- We are providing original images at the time of order so that you can verify the colour, design, work, at the time of order. Kindly assure yourself with all the things and then proceed with the order. If you have any doubts or objection regarding colour or design of the product, kindly let us know before or at the time of dispatch, after dispatch or receiving the order we will not entertain any queries for any of the above mentioned issues.
- We accept the exchange within 2 working days after receiving the order. All one needs to do is drop an email to support@bella-signora.com or call us on +91-8200331422

- And we will arrange a return pickup; if the service is available at the pincode, the courier boy will get back to you within 24-48 hours. If return pick-up service is not available at the center, one has to send it back to us through any courier, and we will reimburse an amount of Rs. 100 (maximum) to it.

For domestic orders, once the exchange request is approved, we process re-dispatch within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. Depending on your product availability, please allow additional time for the delivery.
- The advance amount paid for COD orders will not be refunded if the customer denies accepting the delivery without our consent.
- On receipt, if it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, please verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting a suitable remark on the proof of delivery. customer should also lodge a proper complaint with the local office of the courier agency so that bella-signora.com may peruse the same in the future, so as to avoid such occurrences in the future.

- In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact us at support@bella-signora.com within 24 hours of receipt of product. After that, no queries will be entertained.

- DO NOT return any product before receiving confirmation from bella-signora.com for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, bella-signora.com does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product. Stitched products and custom-made products that are made as per the customer’s instructions are not accepted as returns in any case until they are found in a damaged condition. Stitched outfits are made with the body measurements provided by customers. If stitched outfits, which are made as per your given measurements and instructions, are not fit to customers, bella-signora.com is not liable for any action against it.

- The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery. Please note that bella-signora.com shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations on the basis of the customer’s emails.

- All defective products being returned to bella-signora.com shall be done ONLY through registered airmail/courier.

- All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to India over and above such amount paid by the customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from India are to be borne entirely by the customer.

- All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to customer, shall have to be sent back to bella-signora.com within ten (10) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from bella-signora.com, after that no queries will be entertained. We do not accept stitched products that are made as per the customer’s measurement.
